1. Service description
Aplion is a job application tracking tool that helps you organise, manage, and track your job search. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or automate access to Aplion without written permission
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Create more than one account per person
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Upload malicious files or content
3. Free tier limits
The Free plan includes up to 10 jobs, 1 CV, and 3 AI sessions per month. These limits may change with notice. Exceeding these limits requires upgrading to a paid plan.
4. Paid subscriptions
Paid plans (Seeker at £8/mo and Pro at £16/mo) are billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription from Settings → Plan & Billing inside the app. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.
6. Data ownership
You own all data you enter into Aplion, including job applications, CVs, and notes. We do not sell, share, or monetise your personal data. You can export or delete your data at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
Aplion is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Aplion after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
